If you are not satisfied with your order, You should communicate by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, within a maximum period of 14 days (after receipt of the same), the reason for the return.
You should also send Mirakaya’s email, your order number, as well as the order invoice and the item you want to return, mentioning the item you want to exchange.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
We accept returns within a maximum period of 14 days, after delivery for Mirakaya items, with fixed tags, which have not been used, washed or processed, without perfume, odor or make-up marks.
If they do not fulfill any of the conditions mentioned above, we reserve the right to recuse returns.
Keep the order invoice always.
Mirakaya will send the invoice to the customer by email or go directly with the order.
Mirakaya is responsible for replacing the damaged items if it does not result from its misuse and if the claim has been submitted and justified in time, as such, we are responsible for assuming the payment of the return costs.
With the actual situation of the country and the world, regarding the pandemic,Our team does everything to ensure the continued hygiene of our products, as well as their quality control, and therefore we will at this stage work on pre-order registration.
Note that: our pieces are produced in atelier, so we can follow the whole production process, ensuring the highest possible quality, avoiding waste and dead stock.

Your orders may suffer delays due to the pandemic.You will always be notified by e-mail about the status of your order.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused in the delivery time, we hope to keep all shipments on a regular basis in the best way we can.
The maximum deadline for jobs and shipments is 5 working days, but the vast majority is sent within 2-4 working days, after completion.
With the exception of festive or busy periods, the process of which will change. If this happens, the customer is always notified.
Once the shipment is confirmed (upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email), the customer’s order must be delivered by CTT (in Portugal) or EMS (Out of Portugal).
The order will be sent to the addressee and address indicated.
The address referred to is the sole responsibility of the customer.
If delivery is not made by CTT, a postal notice will be left and the order will wait at your local CTT Post. The customer has 5 working days to pick up his order, which will be returned after this period of time.
If returned, the cost of reshipment will be borne by the customer.
Mirakaya can not be responsible for any customs duties and delivery delays depending on the country of destination.
Items that can be added to the shopping basket are in stock, if not, Mirakaya will inform the customer.
After the order has been processed, an email will be sent to the customer confirming the estimated delivery times, which apply from the payment date of your order.
Orders are considered completed once the respective payment is confirmed. In case of selecting the payment method by ATM transfer, the payment is only considered confirmed after sending the
payment receipt to our email.
Payments by bank transfer, the customer will have to send an email to email@example.com requesting the bank details to carry out the operation.
The data contained in the invoice are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The invoice once issued cannot be reissued with changes.
On the Mirakaya website there are 6 types of payment
– Bank transfer;
– SEPA Direct Debit;
– MultiBanco (only in Portugal);
– MB WAY (only in Portugal).
Any price on the Mirakaya website is indicated in euros and includes VAT (in Portugal) at the legal rate in force on the day of the order.
The cost of shipping costs are borne by the customer, which is € 5.00 for Portugal, with VAT (Portugal) already included at the legal rate in force.
The values corresponding to shipping costs are automatically added to the total cost of the order.
The Mirakaya website will also automatically calculate shipping costs for International orders.
The customer may be subject to import duties and taxes as soon as the order reaches its destination country. Additional customs clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Mirakaya has no control over these charges, nor can they calculate delays from the original delivery estimates.
The Gift Card cannot be accumulated with other campaigns in force.
The Gift Card can not be returned or exchanged, so it is not refundable, as well as the product you purchase from this service.
The Gift Card is valid for 6 months.
If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be available for a next purchase and if it is less, the customer must pay a missing amount with one of the payment methods available on the site.
The Gift Card can only be used on the Mirakaya website.
